23 years!!  That's how long I've been doing hair??  What??...

Throughout those 23 years I have been a student, a stylist, a trainer/educator, mentor and now salon owner.  The sky is the limit and I want all the stylists at our salon to feel they always have the ability to grow and succeed!

My client friendships feed my soul, and I truly can’t thank you enough. I am so grateful to have been a part of your lives! Our conversations and you sharing special pieces of your lives genuinely fill my bucket every day. Without you, my career wouldn’t be as amazing as it is. It is such an honor to help bring you a feeling of beauty and happiness in moments when you haven’t felt those… it is priceless. Thank you! 

One of the best decisions I have made in life is hair. A decision I felt in my heart at a very young age.  From playing with my own hair to experimenting on family members hair, I always knew it’s what I wanted to do.  Not a day goes by that doesn’t remind me of this amazing career that is so much a part of my life.

But hold on!  My life isn’t JUST hair. My beautiful son, Phoenix, is my heart, my world, and my motivation to be the best I can be.  He will soon be 15! Again, where do the years go?!

Don't stop reading yet!  Just a little bit more about me... I confess, I love cats. Go ahead and call me the crazy cat lady! I love to read and rock my new reading glasses. (Just turned 46!! How did this happen??!)  An ideal day would be a long summer hike in the Colorado sun during the day and sitting by the fire at night with lots of laughter. It feeds my soul. While I’m Denver born and raised, I am always up for a visit to the ocean…something about those waves and listening to the water brings me back to center. If I can’t find my center through the ocean, you will find me in the boxing ring or the gym or on a massage table or on my couch...the list goes on.

Giving back is also a core value to me. I’ve been known to coordinate the salon in doing drives for those in need, haircuts for those experiencing homelessness, haircuts for children at an orphanage and making burritos for those that are hungry.  It's something I am striving to do more of!!
